Fishing in Resort Country
Come on up and let's go fishing - Fishing in Resort Country has always been a favourite past time...
It's a great way to bring the family together, get the guys out for some bonding time, or have a friendly competition between couples.

Big Fish Competition Rules and Regulations
- Open to all persons registered as a guest at any resort who is a member in good standing with Resorts of Ontario.
- Entry Fish must be caught between 12.01am, May 1, 2010 and 11:59pm October 18, 2010 to qualify.
- The weight, length, girth and date of catch must be recorded and entered by your Resorts of Ontario host.
- A photo of the entrant with the catch must accompany all entries and resorts of ontario reserves the right to publish photos and names of entrants.
- In the event of a tie, the decision of the judges will be final.
- Catch and Release Categories: Pickerel/Walleye, Large Mouth Bass, Small Mouth Bass, Pike, Muskie
- Catch and Keep Categories: Pickerel/Walleye, Large Mouth Bass, Small Mouth Bass, Pike, Muskie
- Biggest fish: Perch, Crappie
Winners are notified and receive a replica trophy. Their name is also engraved on the winners trophy displayed at the resort where the catch was made.
